Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Staying on the site means these terms are the ones you have accepted. Reading a page does not make you a client of this practice.
What the Disclosures page refuses is also refused by these terms.
Read this page again if you book a time later, because the words on the screen that day are the ones that apply to that conversation. An older printout is not a second set of terms.
A loud weekend when the Bears play does not rewrite these terms. The close still happens on the day we named.
A conversation
A call creates no ongoing duty and no fee. We will say what we see in the month you describe, and we will say when the honest answer is that you do not need the work yet. Work starts only when both sides sign a written engagement that names the scope and the price.
Either side may end that engagement in writing. You remain responsible for the fee earned to that date, and your records come back to you. A note on a form is not that engagement. A time on the calendar is not that engagement either.
The price is named in the written scope, and a month that is still open is not treated as finished. You can stop after the first call. The records you handed over come back with you.
What you supply
The work is only as useful as the records it is built on. You are responsible for giving us complete records, for what sits in your own systems, and for the decisions you make. We will tell you when something does not tie. An open month stays open in the talk until the bank agrees with it.
What the pages are
The pages are general reading for an owner who wants the books, payroll setup, and the return. Do not use a paragraph here as the answer for your own month. Rules land differently on different facts, so check anything that will go on a return before you rely on a paragraph.
You may read these pages and print one for yourself. Putting the site up on another domain is not allowed. We keep the pages as accurate as we can, and we do not promise the site will never be down. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not let the practice limit.
If a disagreement about these pages has to be heard in court, the court is in Dallas County, Texas, and Texas law is what that court applies.
These terms still govern the reading. They name the work people came for. Reading them does not create an engagement by itself.

A loud Saturday at McLane still belongs on the calendar of the business that served it. That Saturday does not move the close. Deposits from a home game weekend still belong in the month they were earned, and these terms do not bend for the roar.
