CPA Waco AlternativeA bid priced on the wrong week
A bid felt wrong, and this page is a made up month about that feeling. No client, no balance, no name. It is the shape we keep seeing with owners in Waco.

Walk the made up month
Say an owner priced a Saturday for a food crowd and then paid a crew that had been hired at the plant rate. The invoice went out on the kitchen assumption. Payroll went out on the other one. The Saturday in this story is invented. The shape of the mistake is the lesson.
A food crowd on a Saturday and a plant shift are different wages even when they share a town. We see that split on the video call, in the deposit the owner already has. A bid that borrows one rate for the other will look fine until the close, and the close is where the borrowed rate gets named.
In the made up month, we would leave the two rates on two lines. We would not average them to calm the page. We would ask which deposits belonged to the Saturday and which belonged to the shift. Then the owner could see the gap without anyone inventing a moral.
Bring the newest month the bank already matches, and keep the two wages on their own lines. Access and the question can come with that month. A signature on an audit, a review, or a compilation stays with a firm that can give it.
No wage is printed because a printed wage would pretend to be yours. The order of the work is the point. Split, then close, then decide whether the next bid uses the rate you actually pay.
If the made up owner also had a room or two rented that Saturday, the hotel filing would be a third line, due on the twentieth, not a footnote on the food deposit. Piling them together is how a fun weekend becomes a notice.
Owners recognize the shape faster than they recognize a checklist. If you have lived the shape, you already know which line was the lie. The call is for your rates, not for this invented Saturday.
We will not reuse your numbers as a story later. This page stays hypothetical on purpose. Your file stays yours.
In the story, the owner prices the next Saturday on the rate that was actually paid, not on the rate that made the first invoice look friendly. The food crowd is still a food crowd. The crew is still the crew. The only change is that the quote and the paycheck finally describe the same week.
If a room was rented that second Saturday, it stays on its own line, due with the hotel filing on the twentieth. It does not get poured into the food deposit to make one happy total. The made up owner can see three lines and sleep. That is the whole lesson, and it still has no balance and no name.
In this made up week the owner still keeps the food deposit apart from the crew that built the stall. A crowd on a Saturday does not set the wage. The offer did. We would rather the quote look uneven and match the crew than look calm and lie. The next quote in the story uses the rate the crew was actually paid. That is the only change the made up owner needs, and the Saturday still has no name.
Keep the bid at the shop. Name the rate that was wrong.
You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice.
